The Company was originally established to provide business and administration services for trade associations and business related groups. The Principal of the Company is Bruce H Woodley who has had extensive business experience and tertiary qualifications in management and has owned and directed the Company for a period of thirty years. During this period the company in the past has provided some of the following services to clients:

• Consulting and free mentoring for small to medium business clients including mentoring for Enterprise North Shore for several years. Organizing Conferences at various venues situated in Australia and New Zealand.
• Tailor made employment contracts to suit client requirements and negotiations with Employee Unions and Employer Groups.
• Serviced Offices based in central Auckland so clients could provide a business office environment for their clients.
• Association Secretaries and Accountants for a wide range of retail and contracting Trade Organizations and Groups.
• Training and Seminar services for food retailers using Government approved training material of a Retail Industry Training Organization.
• Accounting and taxation advice and services for small business operators including staff training on the MYOB accounting program.
